Bookings placed prior to 1st January 2021

For Bookings placed prior to 1st January 2021, including bookings rescheduled for a later date in 2021, and under one of the older, Pre-COVID-19 style of booking agreements, we aim to issue refunds within 31 days of the original reservation departure date or, if rescheduled, within 31 days of the rescheduled departure date.

Prior to COVID-19, the cancellation policy required guests to cancel at least 90 days before to arrival date after which, depending upon the exact wording of the policy at time of booking, all monies paid were non-refundable except in some instances when the property was able to be re-let. 

COVID-19 Cancellation Deadlines do not exist as they can be cancelled at any time up until the actual arrival day if government COVID-19 regulations prohibit the stay from going ahead. We request that Guests needing to cancel due to COVID-19 let us know us as soon as possible. We can then notify housekeeping service providers and an attempt can be made to re-let the property.


If rescheduling the stay is not an option then we aim to issue the refund within 31 days of the reservation departure date. 

Bookings placed via Online Travel Platforms such as Airbnb, Tripadvisor, Holiday Lettings etc will be governed by their cancellation policies.
